leaders should be fair, clever, smart, and all around a good person. a leader should have a little bit of everything and has to be likeable as well. tough but likeable. he has to be positive but realistic and always aware and ready to set the example. he also has to be ready to take the blame when somebody else does somethin wrong. i consider my dad to be a leader. he likes to set the tone and does things his way and likes to have others do the same. people at work look up to him and he is very likeable. he can be tough but he can also be alot of fun. the people that work for him also respect him and thats a very important thing to have from your piers.
i agree with stacey when she says a leader should have the desire to go the extra mile.
i also agree with her when she says a leader should have self-knowledge, commitment, willingness to look to others for support, and being open to change
i agree with gabriel too when he says leaders should acknowledge others before themselves
